All About Balance


A healthy lifestyle is all about balance and avoiding the extreme diets which are flooding our market today. I constantly have a call, email or chat with someone (yes and lots of men too) about the latest diet craze. I believe in order to make a lasting lifestyle change, there has to be a balance in your diet. This includes eating foods that are on the "bad" list. I don't believe there are "bad" foods, it's really in the frequency of consuming them. For example, eating ice cream out of the container every night is not a healthy choice. Having a cup of ice cream once a week is reasonable. Drinking 3 glasses of wine every night versus once a week can make a difference. This concept can help you reach your health goals and make it a lasting lifestyle change.
